Applesauce Loaf Bread

I can’t think about a better way to start the day than with this loaf bread, it is moist and it has a hint of apple and cinnamon, they are indeed the best ingredients that you can combine.

-1/2 c. unsalted butter
-3/4 c. sugar
-3 eggs
-1/4 c. applesauce
-1 1/4 c. flour
-1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1.Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time then combine applesauce, flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

2.Bake at 360°F for about 40 minutes until golden brown or until a small crack forms on the top.

[ that's the small crack ]

Ok, at this point you can just dust some icing sugar on top and have this:

Or... you can ommit the icing sugar and make this cream:

Cream: mix 1 c. of whipped cream with a tablespoon of applesauce, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon.

Put it on top of a slice and enjoy!
