Lately it's been all about quick, healthy and delicious recipes, I've posted about some desserts that are actually healthy or healthier than others like Banana Soft Serve and Double Chocolate Cream and I decided to make another one. Strawberry Sorbet is just strawberries, without sugar only honey and grapefruit juice but what I love about it is that you can enjoy it without any remorse.
- 500 gr. of strawberries
- juice of 1 grapefruit
- 1 tablespoon of honey
1. Clean strawberries and cut them into halves, put them in a food processor with juice and honey.
2. Pour the mixture into a medium container and freeze for at least 2 hours, then it's ready to be served.
