Strawberry Sorbet

Lately it's been all about quick, healthy and delicious recipes, I've posted about some desserts that are actually healthy or healthier than others like Banana Soft Serve and Double Chocolate Cream and I decided to make another one. Strawberry Sorbet is just strawberries, without sugar only honey and grapefruit juice but what I love about it is that you can enjoy it without any remorse.

- 500 gr. of strawberries
- juice of 1 grapefruit
- 1 tablespoon of honey

1. Clean strawberries and cut them into halves, put them in a food processor with juice and honey.

2. Pour the mixture into a medium container and freeze for at least 2 hours, then it's ready to be served.

Decorate with a mint leaf

You can thank me now for giving you diet friendly desserts :)

  1. You know, I have never really got into eating sorbet. I'm thinking it's because the only sorbet I have ever tried was the store bought kind. This looks mouthwatering! I have got to try it

  20. What a beautiful sorbet! It seems so hard to believe that you merely used honey as your "unhealthy ingredient"! It was mostly made out of fresh strawberries!! Thanks for the healthy recipe Beti!! :) (my thighs say thank you too)
