Right now I'm loving jellies, they really are perfect for summer and they're a great dessert for a hot day, making a honey and yogurt jelly was pretty easy which I'm glad because lately I've been pretty busy
- 1 c. of milk
- 1 c. of yogurth
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 6 gelatine leaves
1. Soak gelatine leaves in cold water. Bring milk to a soft boil. In a medium bowl combine yogurth, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
2. Dissolve gelatine leaves in milk and slowly pour into yogurth mixture stirring well.
3. Pour into a prepared pan and refrigerate for 3 hours, decorate with fresh fruit.
