So a whole year has gone by and the tradition in new year's eve (besides drinking and over eating delicious appetizers) is to eat 12 grapes at 12 o'clock which is kinda funny because it's impossible to eat 12 grapes in a single minute, but if you do you will have 12 months of good luck.
The tradition is to eat the grapes covered in sugar but not for me... I love cream cheese and it's the last day I get to eat whatever I want without feeling guilty so I covered them in softened cream cheese and then rolled them in dried parsley and chopped walnuts, really tasty right?
Just put them in the fridge until the time to eat them comes, you will love to eat 12 of this beauties, I will keep you informed about what else I made for tomorrow night.
Happy New Year!!
What an awesome idea! I'd prefer grapes rolled in cream cheese too. Though...not sure I could eat 12 in a minute!

I'd prefer these to the sugary grapes, but I think it would be a lot easier to eat 12 sugary grapes than 12 of these (well, in one minute. I could easily eat 12 of these). Have a great new years!!
