You can find how to make Coffe Cake in here, make the batter and the filling, then follow these steps:
1. In a prepared muffin pan fill cupcake liners with a tablespoon of batter, then cover with 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon filling. Cover with more batter and then sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of the cinnamon filling, combine with the help of a toothpick.
2. Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes. While they cool completely make a white icing.
3. Drizzle white icing on top and then decorate it with a small heart, you know it's almost Valentine´s day and it looks cute.

ReplyDeleteI love how delicious the inside swirl looks. I can almost smell the cinnamon from here! I just bought a jar of Vietnamese cinnamon and can't wait to use it. I did a side-by-side scent and taste comparison with standard cinnamon and the Vietnamese kind definitely has a much more pronounced flavor but it actually has a faint floral scent. Very nice.
