- 1 1/4 c. bread flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. of plain yogurth
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 c. of maple syrup
1. Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a medium bowl, add yogurth, egg and melted butter; stir until combined. Fill greased donut pan aproximately 1/2 full and bake for 5-6 minutes at 425°F. Let them cool.
Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder if you want chocolate donuts |
2. Dip them in white icing and decorate with sprinkles

DeleteI am also a mini dessert fiend! I can't get enough! I actually just ate 12 mini donuts yesterday. Don't regret it at all, they were so good! I now need to get me a mini donut pan!
