Sausage Wraps

Want a great and quick idea for an entreƩ? Here's one, sausage wraps. They are really easy to make and everybody loves them and besides you can buy all the ingredients and just put them together, trust me they are good and quite fancy.

- 1/2 pound of puff pastry
- 25 sausages
- 40 small sun dried tomatoes
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- black sesame seeds

1. Chop the sun dried tomatoes and put them in a small bowl, slice each sausage without reaching the bottom and fill the with the tomatoes.

2. Roll the puff pastry and make small rectangles, cover the edges with the egg, put the sausage and wrap it.

3. Brush them with more egg and sprinkle the black sesame seeds, bake them at 260°F for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

See? really easy
