- 2 c. flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. plain yogurth
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick of butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 12 squares of cream cheese
- 1/2 c. berry compote
1. Melt the butter and let it cool. In another bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Whisk the eggs with the butter, sour cream, yogurth and vanilla. Mix both mixtures and line a 12 muffin pan with paper cups.

2. Fill 1/4 each paper cup with the mixture, put a square of cream cheese and a tablespoon of the berry compote, top with more mixture to cover the compote. Bake at 370°F for 15 minutes or until golden.
3. Cover with vanilla frosting and decorate with chocolates.
*Tips: You can use mermelade of any flavor instead of the compote. To make the compote just put some strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in a pot with medium heat, leave it for 30 minutes and let it cool.
